Fun Facts about Tyler: Before he was pounding down the highway going to rodeos, Tyler made a living pounding nails into horse’s hooves as a farrier. He told his father, Mike Waguespack, that he didn’t want to shoe horses anymore. Tyler grew up going to rodeos and watching his father in the steer wrestling. Emulating his dad, he started throwing stuffed animals to the ground when he was a toddler. That desire turned into a work ethic that is unsurpassed, which has paid off with four gold buckles and over $2 million in career earnings. In 2018, he earned his second world title, but the biggest thing that happened to him was getting married. His wife, Sarah Rose Waguespack is a talented barrel racer that has also competed in the Thomas and Mack Arena. This year, Sarah will be in the stands with Tyler’s family heading up the “Wag” fan club.
